phlag is accessible only to persons aged 21 years or older. Age verification is conducted at the withdrawal stage via government-issued Philippine ID. Underage accounts are permanently closed and balances forfeited.
Each player may maintain only one active phlag account. Duplicate accounts are a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension and balance review.
All bonus offers on phlag are subject to stated wagering requirements. Bonus terms are published at the time of offer and form part of these Terms. Bonus abuse results in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings.
Players are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their phlag login credentials. phlag is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a player sharing or inadequately protecting their password.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from use of phlag shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "you," "your") and phlag ("phlag," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phlag.one. By creating an account or using any service on phlag, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.
In these Terms, the following definitions apply:
2.1 These Terms apply to all persons who access or use the phlag Platform in any manner. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using phlag.
2.2 By registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a bet on phlag, you confirm that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms; (b) you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3; and (c) you agree to be bound by these Terms and any supplementary rules, bonus terms, or game-specific rules published by phlag.
2.3 phlag reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS or account notification. Continued use of phlag following notification of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
3.1 Age. The phlag Platform is strictly available only to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This age restriction is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. By registering, you warrant that you are at least 21 years old. phlag conducts age verification — typically at the point of first withdrawal — via valid government-issued Philippine identification.
3.2 Jurisdiction. phlag is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing phlag is lawful in your location. phlag makes no representation that the Platform is appropriate or legal in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons under legal disability are not permitted to use phlag.
3.4 Self-Exclusion. Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from phlag or from gambling under any PAGCOR program are prohibited from creating or accessing an Account during the period of exclusion. Circumventing self-exclusion is a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one active phlag Account. Multiple accounts by the same individual constitute a material breach of these Terms. phlag may consolidate, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and review associated balances.
4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide true, complete, and current information during registration. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change. phlag may request documentary verification of any account information at any time.
4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlag login credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. Notify phlag support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
4.4 Non-Transferability. phlag Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your Account or any balance therein to any third party.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phlag currently supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Available payment methods may change from time to time without prior notice.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is ₱50 (Philippine Peso fifty). Minimum withdrawal amounts are published in the phlag help center and may vary by payment method.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. phlag targets processing of GCash withdrawals within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. phlag is not responsible for delays attributable to the player's financial institution.
5.4 Identity Verification. phlag is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify player identity prior to processing withdrawals. Verification requires a valid, government-issued Philippine photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Passport, UMID). Failure to complete verification within 30 days of request may result in Account suspension.
5.5 Currency. All Account balances and transactions on phlag are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP).
5.6 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited to phlag are from legitimate sources and that you are not using phlag for any money laundering or other financial crime purposes.
6.1 General. phlag may offer bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements applicable to a specific bonus are stated in the relevant promotional terms.
6.3 Abuse. phlag reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, in cases where phlag reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, coordinated exploitation, or any other conduct intended to circumvent the spirit of promotional terms.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless otherwise stated in the relevant promotional terms, only one bonus may be active in your phlag Account at a time.
7.1 Random Number Generation. All phlag Games that rely on random outcomes use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and approved. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot games are available in the individual game information panels.
7.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each Game on phlag is governed by its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that Game.
7.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction or disconnection during a Game round, phlag's system logs shall be the definitive record of the Game state. phlag is not liable for losses attributable to connectivity failures on the player's side.
7.4 Game Void. phlag reserves the right to void any Game outcome where a system error, software fault, or suspicious activity is identified that materially affected the Game result.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlag and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:
phlag reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account, and to retain funds therein pending investigation, where prohibited conduct is suspected.
9.1 phlag is committed to responsible gaming. Players are encouraged to use the self-management tools available in their Account settings, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion.
9.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to restrict their access to phlag may request self-exclusion via the Account settings or by contacting phlag support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours. Self-exclusion periods cannot be shortened once imposed.
9.3 Cooling-Off Periods. Increases to deposit limits require a minimum 72-hour waiting period before taking effect. Decreases take effect immediately.

9.5 Age Restriction. phlag is for players 21 years and older. If you are concerned that a minor may be accessing a phlag Account, contact support immediately for emergency account suspension.
10.1 All content on the phlag Platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, text, logos, and interface design — is the property of phlag or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phlag Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. No other right or licence is granted.
10.3 You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of phlag's content or software without express prior written consent from phlag.
11.1 The phlag Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. phlag makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.
11.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phlag's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount held in that player's phlag Account at the time the claim arises.
11.3 phlag is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if phlag has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phlag's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12.1 By phlag. phlag may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) phlag is required to do so by law or regulatory direction; (c) phlag reasonably suspects fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity; or (d) phlag decides to discontinue the Platform or any part thereof.
12.2 By Player. You may close your phlag Account at any time by contacting customer support. Any verified Balance remaining at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method after satisfactory KYC verification.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your right to access and use phlag ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 15 — remain in effect.
13.1 phlag collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
13.2 By registering a phlag Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including disclosure to PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law.
14.1 phlag reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be effective upon posting to phlag.one. Material amendments affecting player rights will be communicated via Account notification or SMS to registered players.
14.2 If you do not agree to an amendment, you may close your Account before the amendment takes effect. Continued use of phlag after the effective date of an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.
15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2 Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of phlag shall first be referred to phlag customer support for resolution. If a resolution is not reached within 30 days, the matter shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
15.3 Players may also escalate unresolved complaints to PAGCOR through its published consumer complaint channels, as phlag operates under PAGCOR's regulatory framework.
15.4 Nothing in this section prevents phlag from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief before any competent court.
